Branding for Sass & Belle’s Tiered Customer System.
Brief: Create a tiered customer system for Sass & Belle’s wholesale customers, to foster brand loyalty and encourage spending.
Working with marketing and eCommerce, I led the branding for our new loyalty scheme, the Treasured Members’ Club. I developed the visual identity, building a treasure-inspired brand system that strengthened customer value and loyalty across both small independents and larger business customers.
I created tailored brand assets, including personalised direct-mail PR boxes for each customer tier, and established brand guidelines to ensure consistent communication across the company. The identity was applied across print, social and interactive website landing pages, creating a cohesive, on-brand experience for every member segment.
